One level teaspoon (3.5 g) provides:
L-Glutamine (free-form)	3.5 g (3500 mg)

FREE OF: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soya, Yeast, Preservatives, Sweeteners, Artificial Flavours or Colours

SUGGESTED USE: As a food supplement for adults, stir one (1) level teaspoon (3.5 g) with 200 ml of water or juice, one to two times daily, in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
